Before booking with Mitch, please note that he is a Beginner Stylist. Haircuts with Mitch are $70 and include the added assurance of oversight by a senior or master stylist, ensuring that every cut meets our salon’s high standards.

Cancellation Policy
A politely ask for a valid credit card number is required for all bookings. Without a credit card, we cannot reserve your appointment. Any appointments that are “no-showed” will be charged the full amount of the services.
Any HAIRCUT appointments cancelled with less than 12 hrs notice are subject to 50% of your service as a cancellation fee.
Any COLOUR appointments cancelled with less than 24 hrs notice are subject to 50% of your service as a cancellation fee.

Redo Policy
Salt Beauty Co. – Redo & Adjustment Policy
At Salt Beauty Co., we take pride in our work and always strive to achieve your desired hair goals. However, hair transformations can take time and may require more than one session to reach the final result. Please review our redo and adjustment policy below:
1. First-Time Clients
• New clients are not eligible for complimentary redo services or refunds.
• Every head of hair is unique, and achieving your perfect look may require multiple sessions to ensure the health and integrity of your hair.
• We encourage open communication during your consultation to set realistic expectations and create a plan toward your desired result.
2. Returning / Regular Clients
• Our loyal clients are eligible for minor complimentary adjustments within 7 days of their appointment.
• Adjustments apply only to small refinements (e.g., tone correction, blending tweaks, or minor trimming) — not a full restyle or color change.
• After 7 days, all adjustments will be treated as a new service.
3. Important Notes
• Redo requests must be approved by the stylist and management after assessing your hair in person.
• Chemical or color corrections that differ from the original agreed service are not considered redos.
• No refunds are provided once a service has been performed.
