New Colour Clients
If you have never done a colour service with us and don’t know what to book we strongly recommend a consultation, this allows our colourists to spend the time to understand your hair goals and allot the correct time for your appointment in order to achieve this.
Cancellation Policy
A valid credit card number is required for all bookings. Without a credit card, we cannot reserve your appointment. Any appointments that are “no-showed” will be charged the full amount of the services.
Any HAIRCUT appointments cancelled with less than 24 hrs notice are subject to 50% of your service as a cancellation fee.
Any COLOUR appointments cancelled with less than 48 hrs notice are subject to 50% of your service as a cancellation fee.
By providing your credit card info, you are authorizing SALT BEAUTY + CO for the above stated charges.
Redo Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your colour or Haircut service at SALT BEAUTY + CO we strongly urge you to inform us immediately so that we can do all that we can to make you happy. Any Redo service can only be done within two week of your appointment.
All redo services must be done with your original stylist.
